Pine Point

A pair of sterling silver drop earrings featuring Grandidierite faceted beads. These earrings are completed on silver ear wires. 

Grandidierite is a rare mineral not often seen accented in jewelry. We found these stones on a buying trip at Tucson Gem Show. These limited production, faceted beads feature a a deep greenish-Blue color reminiscent of the Maine ocean. This stone has a Moh’s hardness of 7.5, similar to garnet or Aquamarine. 

These earrings measure approximately 2.5-inches long.
